Nano4Energy is specialized in the design and supply of vacuum deposition instrumentation such as tailor made magnetrons and effusion cells with customer specific requirements, including compatibility with most standard vacuum fittings.

We have also developed a series of power supplies in collaboration with Ingenieria Viesca. The power supplies are aimed for the HIPIMS functionality but are very versitle and can also be used in DC, Pulsed DC or bipolar mode.
